Why You Need paralegals
Paralegals are essential because they provide affordable legal support, and they increase access to justice to broader sectors of the larger community. We offer clients accessible legal assistance, while working to represent clients in specific legal matters such as those in the Small Claims Court, disputes at the Landlord and Tenant Board, and in Provincial Offences Courts. In the process of handling routine legal tasks with efficiency and diligence, paralegals help to make a successful legal defense more accessible to those who require one.

Landlord and Tenant board
In adjudicating cases before the LTB, we will strive to balance the needs and legal rights of both tenants and landlords. We can manage disputes which may involve such varied issues as lease or tenancy agreements, rent payments, eviction conflicts, and those issues concerning tenant rights, safety, independence, and quality of life, while balancing these against community requirements for managing facilities upgrades, construction-related relocations, and regulatory violations.
Provincial Offences Courts: These courts manage issues relating to regulatory offences under provincial law. These can include Highway Traffic Act offences (i.e. speeding), and also issues relating to environmental protection, pet ownership, noise laws, and trespassing.
