Anthony De chiara

I am a recent graduate from Seneca Polytechnics Paralegal Program and P1 licensee. Additionally, I obtained a B.A with honours in Law and Society from York University in 2024. I have a passion in the areas of Employment Law and Human Rights law and always put my clients and their priorities first. I formed this firm with two of my associates and former classmates.

edward finkelberg

I recently obtained my P1 Paralegal Licence shortly before forming this firm with my two associates just this year in 2025. I obtained a B.Sc. in Psychology in 2009 from York University. I worked in the healthcare field for several years prior to deciding to retrain in the legal field. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling and swimming. I am also passionate about community involvement, and dedicate time volunteering with Toronto Public Library teaching children to enjoy reading.

Hashanpreet Sharma


I am a licensed paralegal and co-founder of DeChiara & Finkelberg Legal Services. I recently graduated from Seneca Polytechnic’s Paralegal Diploma Program and obtained my P1 License from the Law Society of Ontario. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I now apply to legal practice.

Together with my two associates, I founded DeChiara & Finkleberg Legal Services to provide accessible, affordable, and effective legal representation. I focus on Small Claims Court helping clients navigate the justice system with confidence and clarity.
