We accept e-transfer, credit cards, or a certified cheque made out in the name of the firm.  Payment of retainer funds is typically by way of a certified cheque deposited into a dedicated bank account where the funds are held in trust for each client.

We hope to be the firm which has the professional experience and access to resources which can help to adjudicate your case and achieve a positive result. If you elect to work with our team, we will do our utmost to ensure that you attain the goals which are important to you. We respectfully submit that this choice ultimately rests with you. We approach each case with a fundamental respect for your privacy and for the distinctive characteristics of your legal issue, which will guide us in providing you with the best legal defense we possibly can.

We have an internal docketing system which assists us in constantly monitoring the progress of each case.  We have implemented a protocol to generate timely progress reports, which we will forward to you at regular intervals, so that you know exactly what we are doing to move your case forward.  In addition to this, if you would like to implement an independent meeting to discuss the status of your case, such a consultation can always be arranged with sufficient notice. Telephone or email status reports or consultations can also be arranged with our administrative staff.

Licensed Paralegal

We are newly licensed paralegals working in Ontario. We are licensed and regulated by the LSO, professionally trained, and educated in the province. We possess the requisite training and experience to effectively adjudicate your legal matters.
